READ THE POLICIES BELOW BEFORE BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT

HAIR

• Requests for longer lengths, straighter textures, and lighter colors will be added to the price of your selected service.
• All hair is done to your specifications and is non –refundable or exchangeable due to health code violations.
• Only hair provided by the salon will be used unless pre-approved.

BOOKING

• We strongly suggested that all appointments are booked 1-2 weeks in advance.
• The appointment book is live for anyone to book at any time of day. Salon staff can see the same appointments that clients can see. If you see an appointment that you are interested in try to book it right away to ensure you get the appointment you want.
SAME DAY CANCELLATION FEE
• Same day cancellations will result in 100% charge of booked service and same day cancellation fee charged to the card on file. Since we operate one client at a time, same day cancellations result in a loss of revenue that could have been gained by another appointment.

LATE ARRIVAL

• Due to the nature of our services we must stay on a timely basis. In the event you are more than 15 minutes late for an install, a $50 fee will be added will be added to your services if you are  30 minutes  late. If you are more than an hour late, your appointment will be rescheduled upon receiving the full balance due.

RESCHEDULING

• Appointments must be  canceled  48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment or can be rescheduled at no charge.
• Appointments canceled less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will require the full balance to be paid prior to rescheduling another appointment.

DEPOSITS

• Deposits are required for all Wedding and special occasion services, and due upon booking your appointment.
• Deposits can be made via the Online Appointment Book.
• Deposits and final balances are non-refundable.
